The list may change based on the actual situation, please update regularly to ensure the safety of your products. The following is a list of restricted (prohibited) items:

• Bank cards (Credit cards and debit cards...): all types of domestic and international bank cards, bank accounts bank accounts, accounts to create virtual cards...
• Personal information: personal information of users such as real name, personal documents, electronic accounts and social media accounts obtained from hacking, phishing, etc.

2. Rules for selling products - (for shop owners)

• Do not use vulgar language, create hostility, or affect other shops.
• Do not post personal information or any other contact information except shop3.com.
• Do not use offensive images, create hostility, or affect personal organizations.
• Do not use images of famous people without permission.
• If you do not handle the refund of the order within 3 days, we will handle the refund on your behalf.
• Use the warranty feature directly on the platform, absolutely do not warranty through any other channel.

3. General rules for all users

• Do not use bugs in any form.
• Do not perform any actions that damage the page, shop, or other users.

4. Violation of terms

Violation of the Tạp Hóa MMO terms can lead to at least one of the following penalties:

• Shop deleted
• Account limited
• Account suspended or deleted
• Request compensation for losses

For shop owners: Each violation will receive a penalty. The penalty will increase gradually.

• 1st time: Warning.
• 2nd time: Warning.
• 3rd time: +5% fee for all shops.
• 4th time: Continue +5% fee for all shops.
• 5th time: Close all shops and stop cooperation.
